We were literally shocked to find there is now nothing a seller with an ebay store (that we pay additional for) to control the listing frame features or the frame in any way at all for that fact!!! What the heck are you doing eBay?? No way for any one to sign up for newsletters, but it shows manage a newsletter link and feature in the store. Just noticed the people who did appear on my subscription list is now zero (in all out accounts), so eBay wiped them out. No way to manage or turn the listing frame on or off??!! Can't change the message in the listing frame?? No way to change the categories you want in the listing frame?? The listing frame shoves on some ads the ad content to the right, cuts off content and photos, so now we can not even turn listing frame off!! QUESTION!! What does eBay store team do, sit around and think about ways they can take away features that have been available for a decade to eBay sellers (like we have multiple eBay accounts for almost 20 years each account we have). Long time professional eBay sellers don't now have use of the ebay store ad frame for marketing?? We don't have the ability to do any thing with a listing frame in multiple eBay accounts we have. What's up store team???
