EBAY app update

I just updated the new update on the Ebay App on my iPhone and the thing does not work, now. Any known problems?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling  the updated app. Good luck.

If you both are having issues with your Iphones, do a force stop than try again, if still not operating right call your Apple support number.

For help with iOS app issues, try posting on the iOS app board -- there are eBay folks that read and respond to posts there with specific help.

Be sure to include some info about your operating system version, device type, and app version number.

Many common app issues can be helped by quitting the app (or force quitting), uninstalling the eBay app, restarting the device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system from the App Store. The restart helps to ensure a clean install if the previous install was not entirely successful.

One person on the tech board cited that they had an old iOS - on my last phone I couldn't update the eBay app nor do a clean install anymore because the OS (Android) was over 4 years old.  I had no problems with updating the other three selling apps I use.  Just something to double check.

I got it to work. I had to back out of the app then sign in again. Thanks for the help.
