link between eBay and PayPal the security chck

I tried last night at the link between eBay and PayPal to answer questions about security, and after each group of questions I pressed DONE but the questions came back dozens of times until I had to go out and go to bed. Was that a mistake? What should I do now?

Sellers funds are no longer transferred via Paypal, you need to sign up for Managed Payments, in Israel I am assuming it will be through Payoneer.
