Sold item does not show on my sold page so I can't ship. Anyone else?

Sold a perfume bottle on 12/1/21 and when I went to ship, the sold item was not on my sold page.  Since then, it has shown up and then disappeared dozens of times.  If I run to the computer to print it when it shows up on my phone, it is gone again.  EBay rep. I talked with has submitted a ticket for this but my buyer is still waiting.  Not sure how long rectifying a ticket usually takes. Thanks!

I'm not at all sure what is causing that.  What is your handling time on the listing?  That sale was 5 days ago.

You might try going to your Seller Hub.  In the Order Box click on Awaiting Shipment.  The orders that appear here are paid and ready to go.

If the item is not showing up in your seller hub as "sold", chances are, it's not sold. 

Can you provide us with a item number?

I can see what they describe on their Sold list that we all can see.

It's there in your solds.  Try printing the shipping through an alternative method - paypal or pirateship.
