kyc incomplete

at begning my KYC verification was completed but i changes some documents same time after that its showing KYC incomplete as shown in attachment please help me how to sortout this problem

You might want to try and clear your browser's cookies & history (cache if you are using a mobile device) and try again.  Sometimes the browser's cookies can mess with updating things in ebay.

I gave you three different links.  The first one was if you wanted to call Ebay on the phone.

The other two are for Ebay on social media.  Are you saying that Ebay isn't responding to your post on social media or they aren't there at all?

You’re registered in India. I believe that phone number only works in US and Canada.
You’ll need to go to the India site. Looks like they closed up.
FB or Twitter links given above is your best bet, I’m guessing.

Didn't eBay India shut down a year ago today? Back then @shaizu05 eBay said go to eBay.com to set up your selling account.

If you'll somehow complete your KYC. You'll get this error
 

I'm getting this error from one month, Still my issue not solved. Actually, this mess is made when eBay shut down its operations. They left eBay India But their changes made on eBay India accounts were not removed. And the best thing is the email mentioned above is no longer used because there's no CS of eBay India still they force us to mail on that mail ID. 

                                           You are KYC error because it was changes made by eBay India. Now you can't do anything as there is no eBay India CS to verify your KYC.
