Our item to sell is already out of stock in listings but still buyer can order it. What to do?

You can still see the item, but unless there is a glitch, the buyers should not be able to see it. What's the item number? I'll see if I can see it.

Go ahead and double check the quantity available in the listing.
Also check for a duplicate listing.

As above: your out of stock listings will come up alongside the available ones when you're looking at your own Active Listings page. Try logging out, going to one of your active listings, and then clicking the See Other Items link, so you're viewing them like any other buyer, and see if your Sold Out items can still be found.

If you're out of stock, I would end the listing until your vendor whom you work with lets you know their more available, then relist. You got some unfavorable comments about being out of stock. That can hurt your account. Too many of them and Ebay can restrict or suspend your account. Permanently. List again when you have them available.
Happy Selling.

No, they can't.
What is the item number?

Isn't the quantity zero?
You can see it, but are you sure buyers can too?
