How do I look up a seller's information  ?

How long he has been a seller and his number of sales and purchases.

OK so when looking up items you are interested in just click the sellers name

fee3dback is the number beside the name: will tell you where they are registered:  and when became a member. down the page a bit you can click on received as a seller and view the feedback given for sales.

In the listing, click on their feedback number will give you a partial view and idea. Not all information is public. You can see what they have sold in the last 90 days by opening "Advance" search, click on "Sold", go down to "Sellers" click the box for search only and enter the name, then click search.

For many (thousands) of users eBay has taken away the ability to vet sellers. Clicking on their ID brings up no info. Don’t know if this is a glitch or sign of times to come.

This, per eBay, is evidently a Khoros issue and supposedly they're working on it.  It's been an issue for me and evidently others since the last week of September.  Occasionally, there will be a surprise where their FB # drifts back into view, but then it's gone again.

All I have is the sellers name.  How can I look up his information ?

Best of luck at obtaining this information.  Currently, many of us cannot see any information about a seller like his feedback etc.  And you may notice that all of our avatars are just a big blue dot.

That 'glitch' of not seeing items for sale or feedback is only here on the forum; it is not on the selling pages.

You will need to cut and paste that link to your browser, then add the name before doing a search. But if you know the user's name, do the advance search, you can then access feedback from one of their sold items.

Thank you for your assistance, all of you; however, I am a stubborn old bird and I refuse to have to adapt myself or do a work around just because some programmer at Khoros cannot figure out how to fix the problem which has gone on since at least the 25th of September or so.
