Your account limits will increase once you sell successfully for a while and maintain the proper metrics.

I think you're going to have more problems than just limits.
You can't sell jeans as "unbranded" when they're pretending to be True Religion or Miss Me and Lucky Brand.
Any and every item listed MUST be authentic.

You are not addressing eBay here, only other sellers who can guide you sometimes. You don't appear to have any sales yet, so focus on that first, fulfilling all your orders promptly and without issues, and then your selling limits will increase. There's no point in doing it right now, but once at least 30 days has passed and you've filled some orders, you can request an increase here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-limits?id=4107

If you are new you have a limit. That's just the way Ebay works with newbies. This is a community of your peers not Ebay reps.

Leaving a message on a community bulletin board is not the best way to increase your limit.

Where is your stock located?
You're located in Israel, dropshipping from the US.
The pair of jeans you had listed has already been removed.
I have a feeling your selling days here is going to be pretty short.
