Your listing advertises a Hardcover, but you ship a PDF. You are breaking the law by selling Pirated PDF'S,  your account should have been suspended.

If they say you're attached to another account then they are probably going to shut your account down permanently.  If you or anyone in your household ever had another account, they will link them.  If anyone on your ISP ever had an account, they can be linked also.  And sometimes they just think an account from somewhere else, even another country, is also you so they suspend both accounts.  We are just other users like you so we do not have access to the information they use, correctly or wrongly, so there is no way we can help you with this situation.

I can not reach my account's limit either, I think it is impossible.
