i have the standard only 5 for sale, only 500 a month restriction because i have a new account, but it says i have listed 5 out of my 5, when i haven't posted any. the first time i tried to post, it just automatically gave me the "Request higher selling limits" error. i went to support, they said to wait for an email, and i also tried to call but it seems like lines aren't up at the moment, and i'd like to get my shop started right now. any advice you guys can give me on how to figure out WHY i'm restricted, and why it shows up i have 5 things posted, when i have none?

Did you put up then cancel any practice listings?
Maybe log out and try in a different browser?

Log out completely, then close and restart your browser.
The more aggressive approach:
Log out completely, delete cookies and history, close and restart your browser.
