At this point, maybe call Ebay and ask them to walk you through it, since none of us work for Ebay and are just volunteering to help.

You are upset with the wrong people. Here in the community we are a member to member site. You are NOT talking to Ebay, just some fellow members. Getting upset with us is not going to do you any good whatsoever and it is unfair to us since everyone has simply been trying to help you. You repay those just trying to help you with a bunch of yelling and an attitude we do not deserve. None of us did anything to you but try to help.
You can close your store if you want to. We have given you all the info you need. But if you think closing your store closes your account, that is a completely separate function.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

What you should expect to see based on those changes:
The first week of February you should have be billed $7.95 for the monthly Starter store (and you will be billed that amount each month until you cancel).
If you haven't seen the early termination fee yet for cancelling your Enterprise annual subscription within a day, that very hefty approx $11k fee will be hitting your account soon.

Yes indeed..I noticed the ID change too... .he is taking his anger out on his buyers when it was his own actions that put him in debt to eBay..no one else's.
