Your post is rather confusing and full of misspellings.

Are you trying to close your store subscription? 

Go to your seller Hub.

Click the store Tab next click Manage Subscription then click cancel Subscription.

Yes this is another place you can change your store subscription.  See the blue button below Subscriptions that says CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION.  Click on that and change what you need to change.
