i am having multiple buyers saying my account is saying they cant pay because i do not ship to their

i have been on the phone with ebay and they say i have no restrictions on shipping but ths is the 3rd time in 2 weeks?  any sugggestions

Unclear as to "because i do not ship to their             "............  if it's countries........could have to do with the country restrictions.

It would be helpful if you could name those 3 places (click on their usernames right from their emails, then their 'About' to see where their location is).

Are those buyers not in the United States? Because I looked at a handful of your listings your shipping is to United States only. 
ETA…You also have 38 listings that say “Shipping not specified” contact seller. All of those listings start under the listing you have with local pickup. Some of those shipping not specified have bids on them.

Hi @flippin_doodles . This is happening because you have several listings with "shipping not specified."

- If you use calculated shipping but leave weight/dimensions blank then you'll encounter the shipping not specified message.

- If you use calculated shipping but enter weight/dimensions that exceed the carrier's limits for the service you're offering then you'll encounter the shipping not specified message.

Start by editing item 135813171882 - scroll down to the shipping section - what do you have entered for shipping service, weight, and dimensions?

Some of your listings are showing "Shipping not specified".

You need to fix the shipping on those items.

I had a similar complaint from a buyer in Malaysia recently.

I discovered that on that particular listing I did not have "ships worldwide" optioned.

But even when I changed that, the buyer still could not pay, and the transaction fell through.
