i am getting scammed and website is not helping

i received a return from a buyer and it is not the item i sold to them clearly a scam and the webite keeps giving me a error when i try to file is there a email or phone number where i can get in contact with someone before they do a auto refund

Not much you can do at this time, hope it wasn't an expensive item.

Fraud can be reported to local police, not that they will do anything, they got defunded by the precious.

Report the buyer for abuse of the MBG.

You need to refund.

Do NOT let eBay refund. You will lose your FVFs and get a seller defect.

Once the buyers returns anything, you refund.

eBay will not look into it OR take sides.
