how to unblock a buyer

I need to unblock a previous buyer...

Go to Help & Contact on the top of ebay.com

type Block buyer

remove the one you need to remove from the list of blocked buyers

It's on the Overview / Seller hub page under Shortcuts.  The link says Block bidders and once you open the page you can find the ID and remove it.

The same way you added the buyer to the list, just delete the name and save.

You've received good advice... I happen to use Seller Hub/Shortcuts/BBL.

Note that if the buyer has UI strikes, you'll have to exempt the buyer... if you're Automated to cull such buyers. Good luck.

Unfortunately, it does not work that way if you're using the eBay app; that's probably why the person is posting the question the first place
