I just recently got scammed out of $110 by a buyer (she opened a dispute with PayPal and PayPal did NOTHING to help me) and i think the same buyer has made another account and is going to try and scam me again. I scared the girl through different website into giving me the items back, but I think she has made a new account to scam me again. Is there a way to see what city she’s in? cause she’s using the same lingo as the original scammer and is messaging me at the same exact times the scammer would message me. I don’t want to dox her cause I’m trying to be a better person now so is there a way through eBay that I can see what city she’s in? Not her address, just her city (:

It is an advantage of Best Offer (an auction)
that we can see the customer's FB and a what little information is on the FB page, including FB left for others.
Short answer : Stop corresponding and Block her.
You can set up the item at Fixed Price /Immediate Payment Required and not allow Offers.
You can cancel any bid, without giving a reason, and Block the bidder.
You can phone Trust and Safety and explain that you believe this bidder was Blocked before and is trying to pull the same scam again. (You might not want to go into detail about your post-sale actions, which sound questionable.)

Contact Ebay right away. Ask them to look at the account. Give them all the information you can. They may be able to link the two.

It's important to be aware of where you post a question on Ebay’s Facebook page. A comment on one of Ebay’s marketing posts won't be answered, but comments posted directly on Ebay’s page will.
