Incessant "Update Your Return Address" Emails

Hello,

A buyer recently asked to return an item, and now I'm receiving incessant "update your return address" emails and eBay inbox messages. I have already updated my return address and checked to make sure that all information is correct. Is there something wrong? Is there a way to make this go away?

I'm not sure as I've never had this issue.  You may need to contact Ebay directly to get it fixed.
