You can ask the buyer to revise their feedback, and if they agreed, then they would have to follow the instructions found here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/leaving-feedback-sellers/viewing-changing-feedback?id=4031
If they don't want to revise it then there isn't anything you can do.

Also, you want to be pretty sure the buyer will revise the negative because sellers are only allowed a few revision requests per year. It is best to know you have satisfied their concern and are now content and then you approach them with a request to revise.

You need to FIRST reach out to your buyer to see if they would even consider to revise the FB. Be very polite and professional. Do not point fingers at your buyer. Don't issue a feedback revision form UNLESS your buyer has told you that they are willing to revise the FB. You are only allowed a certain amount of these forms so they are important not to waste.
They also have a short shelf life. So your buyer needs to know they are coming. And if they don't use it, you can't send another. It is one per transactions.
But if the buyer agrees, then let them know they will get an email from Ebay that will enable them to change the FB really easily. There will be a link for them in the email.
