Lol. The problem is how to search for them. ? If i put their name in the search bar nothing comes up. AND if I go to advanced search, as I did in the past, only can search for Sellers.

https://www.ebay.com/usr/USERIDHERE

If they aren't selling, in the upper right corner there is a contact link. Otherwise click on their feedback and then you can contact them from there.

Right. What I was referring to previously did not involve typing that buyer's ID into the eBay Search window.

I meant that once you're on your own feedback page, you should then look to the very top of your screen, to the address window of your browser, where it shows you what web page address you're looking at. Part of the address of your feedback page includes your own ID. You can then click on that address line where your ID is showing, delete your ID (nothing else), and type in the buyer's ID in its place. (Don't change anything else on that address line.) Hit Enter, and you'll jump to their feedback page.

This link here will jump you to your own feedback page:

https://www.ebay.com/usr/angelical16

Now, once you're there, you will see that at the top of your browser window, in its address line. Just edit your ID off the end of it, type in your buyer's ID in its place, and hit Enter.

The answer was already given. On the US boards, you can't. Why would you need to? You can get all the info you need from the method that AC and I gave. If you already have their ID, you can get to their User and/or Feedback page and get all the info you need from there.

Can you tell me why you would need to search for them?

As noted above, they may have done you a favor by bailing out; I don't see any reason to chase them.

If you want to contact them anyway, the quickest way to do that is probably to look up your own feedback, then replace your ID with theirs in your browser's address window, and hit Enter. That should bring up their feedback page (which may in fact have some interesting comments from other sellers in it, as well as an opportunity to see what feedback that buyer has left for others), and then you can click the Contact Member link there.

Right now I'm having problems creating a shipping label for a new buyer .She purchased a necklace from me yesterday  and she  paid with Pay Pal,, so far so good   . However  the problems  began when I tried to ship her order . Whenever I tried to print the label I get an error message stating this is an invalid address . Okay ,, so I contacted  the buyer  to  explain this and  asked  her to please   double check the address she has on file  to make sure it's correct,, and if not then  click on edit and make any needed changes . This is a brand new buyer to e bay who just created her account on Nov .10 . I haven't received a reply and the address is still invalid. E bay is telling me to ship  😞  Tulips

If the buyer retracted and you're sure of this , then theres really no need to contact them that I can think of . I wouldn't worry about this . Tulips

Okay, first of all, that flaky new eBay Shipping label "experience" may be the source of your problems, and using it is not recommended. Before you do anything else, try going to the "classic" label printing form via the link in the upper right corner of the new label form, and see if the "classic" Shipping form can do any better.

In particular, the new Shipping form cannot deal with state abbreviations that are not correctly entered as two capital letters, so for example, if "CA" (California) was entered by the buyer as "Ca" instead, the new Shipping form will fail. The "classic" Shipping form will simply fix the capitalization and keep on going.

If the problem with the address is not obvious, run it through the validation page on usps.com here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress

Type in the buyer's address there exactly as you received it, click the Find button, and study what comes back. Make any corrections necessary to the buyer's address on the form (you are not changing the address location, just correcting it), and try again. Let us know if that works any better.
