how to do a partial refund? what are the steps cant find/figure this out thanks

sold a fairy lamp was ok when i shipped it but now has a slight crack so offered partial refund and they accepted but I cant figure it out please help

Go to the listing in SH, on the paid & shipped page........click on the down arrow on the left......click on send refund  (you may have to scroll to get to it)........then you can issue a partial refund...........

@pjh1959a  Go to your Orders tab in the seller hub and find the item.  Click the down arrow at the left of it and a drop down will have "send refund". Click on that and it will open a refund window.  You need to check the reason in the drop down, below that there's a window where you can leave a message for the buyer, then an area where you enter the refund amount.
