Your ID states USA, but you're drop shipping from China and located in Sri Lanka. I can see where people may be confused with your listings. Also you're selling leaves (prohibited) from SL, but your listings states they're coming from China. I would double check my listings and make sure the items are coming from the same place. This could bring problems.
