Don't dropship cheap junk from China.
Don't sell counterfeit items.
Most from Sri Lanka will not make it because they don't listen to the advice they are given.

Where did you get the 80% feedback number? That is a horrible feedback score! Most savvy buyers won’t even click on a seller with less than 98.8%. And even then, I read the feedback.

In order to become a top seller, you have to be an honest seller and start listing items that are not drop shipped from China, that are not coconut items, as many countries restrict items of those types of items and do not to overcharge. Be dilegent and professional. Pay attention to your potential customers and always be polite. Do not insert the word "dear" into a reply or message, it's not professional. I wish you well when you decide to start listing. Constant posts here are just delaying your efforts to create a sale and to be a great seller. Good luck.

You become a Top Rated seller by meeting the requirements for Top Rated seller, which eBay explains very completely in your seller dashboard.
I suggest you take the time to learn about the seller dashboard, because you clearly do not know what criteria eBay actually uses to evaluate you as a seller.

Hey, what's wrong with coconut items?? They're my bread and butter niche in world wide sales.

I don't see listings under this ID. What is the items' location shown in your listings? Where do your items ship from?

All new sellers need to research everything they can about ALL area’s of eBay not just Selling and Listing.
.
It is not just a matter of list, sell, send - you need to learn what to do when a customer wants to return an item, (and if the seller is drop shipping this can be a headache) and what to do if a customer claims an item is not received - again a drop shippers nightmare. Research shipping costs for off shore buyers. Do a search of eBay and see what is selling well and make sure you can match the quality and prices.
I have a read a number of posts where the new seller has no idea and is getting hit with negative feedback and unresolved cases being handled by eBay (which dings a sellers account) because they do not know the processes to avoid this.
Read, read, and read some more is the only way new sellers will survive the first month.
Edited to add TRS is not something you "get" it is something you "earn"
