#1) your plan to use drop shipping will lead to disappointment
#2) as you likely will disregard all warnings, don’t spend your held eBay money - you will likely be suspended and your customers will receive full refunds

Make sure your description is accurate and your grammar (spelling) is correct. Take your own pictures of your item. Do not use stock photos. Be fair about the price and shipping. Look and research ebay to see what the going prices are for similar items. Note you cannot ship outside of your country until you have 10 sales transactions and many countries have suspended shipments from Sri Lanka due to customs violations. Sell things that do not violate ebay policy or they will be removed and your account will be suspended. Posting many questions on these boards is only delaying you from being a good seller and you can't make any money that way. You've been on ebay for over 4 months. Time to sell. Good luck.

Since you are a new seller a couple of tips.
1. Be accurate and comprehensive in your description of the item and use your own images/pictures.
2. Use BIN with immediate payment required before you venture into auction listings.
3. If you are selling internationally decide which countries you want to sell to or which you want to exclude.
4. Know what your costs are going to be when you are determining your price and what ROI you want to attain.
5. Avoid drop shipping items it is a loosing proposition.
6. Do NOT start with high value, high target items. You are going to be a target for scammers as a new seller anyway there is no need to add extra attention to yourself.
7. Fully read and understand the eBay MBG, what it means and how it may impact you.
8. NEVER list anything you are not prepared to take a financial loss on.

What are some things to keep in mind when making our first listing?
Did I shut off the iron?
Did I pay the cable bill?
What's for dinner?

Be prepared to be extremely frustrated with customer service any time there is a problem.

What are you wanting to sell? Hard to give advise, except generalized, without knowing what you will be selling and to where?
Have you registered and completed Seller School?

If you are relying on other sellers to tell you what you should keep in mind when making a listing then you are not ready to sell. Hand holding means you need to do some more research. On your own.

Tagging on:
1) Remember that many sellers use eBay successfully year after year and have very few issues
2) Remember that many sellers use eBay successfully year after year and never need to call CS
3) Describe your listing as if there are no pictures
4) Photograph your item as if there will be no description
Best regards and Good luck!
