not very clear what you mean....if you have a sale running for 10% off and want to add items into that already created sale then just go to your Marketing Tab, Select "Promotions", scroll to the bottom where your current promotion sale is listed, click edit, the page that comes up at the top, there is option to "Add items" bring you back into the item selection you were in previously when created the promotion, there is also another link to delete items, make sure you select the add. Go through the selection and go through the process til get back to the page you started and activate the changes.
