how do I stop ebay from auto-filling shipping values when creating drafts

Most things I sell are BIN, require immediate payment & only offer Ground Advantage. Since listing something as an auction with several shipping options ebay is auto-filling those values in every draft instead of the values I typically use. How can I change everything back to it entering what I normally use? (I do not use business policies)

You need to be more specific.  The new listing form is a bit lacking in transparency IMHO.  In the area you want to change, look to see if on the right site you see three vertical dots.  If you click on that you can make some changes.  Or in some areas further to the right there is an icon for making edits.
