how do I start with a return shipping label

If you are talking as seller, for a buyer; the buyer needs to open an 'official' case and they will then get a return label if

a.) you offer free returns

b.) the 'reason' used is 'not as described'

If you are talking as a buyer, find the item, click blue box on right to 'return' and follow prompts. You will then be either 'given' a return label or given the option to buy one.
