how can i un cancelled an order i cancelled for being out of stock or damaged

I cancelled an order Because the item got damaged But the buyer still wanted the item as it was.

Is there something I can do to get that out of my seller record?

Hi @team-aztec ,

The Cancellation process completes the transaction ... so that can not be reversed nor can any defects on your account if in fact you received one.

No.

Only thing to do is relist it and send the new # to the buyer.......
