How do I print shipping label after partial refund for combined shipping?

I gave a partial refund for combined shipping and now I do not have the option to print a shipping label. Please help. Thank you.

Scroll way way down.   It should still be there, but sometimes it falls to the 2nd page of options, so you may have to scroll to the 2nd page to see it.
