With no details, it's not possible to respond except to refer you to this, in case you're unfamilar with the reasons for, and lengths of, payment holds:
Payment holds are normal for new sellers ... as well as for sellers who haven't sold in over a year. You should receive your money shortly after tracking shows your item was delivered to the buyer.
I am amazed that ebay is putting holds on payments...they have my money
Hopefully you have linked a checking account to your ID so that you will be able to get paid as required for those in "Managed Payments" (of which you are now one)
The time lag for payouts is not an issue. The problem is that people rely on small ebay payouts for basic expenses. I sold next to nothing for two weeks and got a much larger payout than expected the following Tuesday. A pleasant surprise if I might say so that must have been caused by held payments? I have no idea.
I may have taken a little time off from selling but that doesn't change the fact that I have 100 percent replies......it would have been nice if ebay told me about the new policy

No one here works for eBay. We are volunteers who want to assist others with their eBay issues. There is good, sound advice to be had here —if you are receptive.
