I'm selling on eBay since 2009. my store has amazing feedbacks. Yesterday out of the blue eBay ended about 70% of my listings (it says that I ended them bc there was an error in the listing, NOT  TRUE! )

When i try to chat with eBay it is grey- blocked . Anyone experienced this and can give me a lead how to get in contact with someone that can help me? this is YEARS of very very hard work!!!!!!!

also i checked my inbox not emails from ebay so i have no clue

See this link Removed or hidden listings for why listings are removed.

You should check your email

Were the listings high valued?  Shipping from another country to the US is now limited to items valued under $500.  This is a new policy that went in to effect Aug 27th.   It's early days so a work around may eventually be found, you are not the only one affected.

I'll check and see if those are still here at the end of the day.  Removal of listings for any reason is not an exact science.  Many of the solds were valued over $500 with many in the thousands, 11 out of 20.

Ebay has ended most of my listings because i have set shipping to USA at 999.

Total price was over 500 usd for those listings and since eBay made some changes.... You know how that goes. I got no message either, but after asking around i got this link - https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/ebay-seller-listing-policy-update-for-sales-to-...

Maybe they didn't like your phone number posted in the descriptions.

@dariudaudery_0

Did you not post about this yesterday?  I went to look for it since it was similar to this one, and I wanted to see if there was any additional information, or eBay actually told you why they ended your listings.  I can't find it, is it still up somewhere?

I asked support so i did ask my post to be removed.
No point in having it up anymore.

So in conclusion - 500 usd total (price + shipping) and anything over violates the rules. If i want to sell anything higher than that i need to contact the agent and may need to wait for 30 days before it is approved.

Well it is what it is. Glad its not a big deal as i rarely sell anything over 500 USD total on eBay.

@jerusalem.sefertorah

You've included your phone number on a number of your listings, so you're lucky even more weren't taken down. Yet.

Yes it’s high value. I really don’t get it. Now Americans are forbidden to buy online anything worth more than 500$? Doesn’t make sense to me!
I'm just stressed that all my listings won’t be erased and then need to do all the work again.

"Now Americans are forbidden to buy online anything worth more than 500$?"

It's not a national policy, just an eBay policy.  Maybe eBay no longer wants the liability with the larger dollar sales?   You can still sell $500+ items on another venue.  You can have your own website or use another selling venue.  The link posted earlier states you can sell the higher priced items if you have a dedicated account manager.   I have no idea what that is but it might be worth looking into.

"Starting from August 27, 2025, sellers with their eBay account registered address in the countries listed below and without a dedicated account manager will be restricted from listing items that ship to the United States and have a value of US$500"

Of course I have my own website but the exposure is not like eBay….

and regarding the dedicated account manager it’s crazy I had one and made great sales but was removed from the program with no notice about two months ago. Anyway. I’m trying to get a break through to costumer service because this is crazy that I’m blocked from any assistance after being an eBay seller for so long. I just can’t understand they made good money out of my store why would they do such a thing without any communication?
