having trouble entering my address as I sign up for Global shipping

I have sold an item and it needs to be shipped to Canada but as I am trying to sign up for Global shipping it has my address seaching in the UK where I actually live in the US.  How do I change this problem?  I cannot move forward to sign up for Global.  I tried to call but cannot find a number to talk to someone in customer service or a technical department.

I believe that you have to be signed up for the GSP program before the item is sold.

don't understand what you mean by that........  you can change your location on the shipping page of any listing.... just to see what the shipping charge will be to that location and change it back to your real shipping location. 

Also, previous poster is correct, you have to choose to list the item on the listing form to ship via Global shipping before it's sold.  You can't change it to global shipping after it's sold......

I looked at your most recent sale of the bookends, and that listing is already opted into the GSP.  When the buyer pays, just print the shipping label, as you will be shipping to Erlanger, KY and they will send the item on to your buyer.
