having trouble connecting with an agent

I would like to contact an agent, but system replied me: "I'm sorry, OZ. I'm having trouble connecting you with an agent. Please try again later." I have been trying everyday, but also same answer. It's almost 2 weeks. May I know what happened ？ Does my account is blocked by agent? so I cannot contact an agent.

Regardless of which board the OP needs to point out the major mistake his satisfied customer made in the feedback selection.  Come on man!  How can a buyer screw something so basic up?
