I have fully verified the payoneer account in order to sell on eBay. I have also verified that I am trying to connect to Payoneer with the correct account.
In addition, I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

- I have tried connecting from a different device.
I have also checked the eBay forums and found other users who are having the same issue. However, I have not found any solutions that have worked for them.
