Under Business Policies - Shipping

use bulk editor in Seller Hub......Select the number to edit and when in, select all, then click on edit fields and the handling time is there

If you don't use Business Policies, go to your active listings, select the number you wish to edit (it's best to only do batches of 50-100 or it seizes up) and hit edit. That will open up the Bulk Editor and you can then select the handling time on the edit tab.
