If they start a return on eBay you can buy the label right on eBay and it will be discounted. You should always do returns through eBay. If you have your account set up to issue an RMA then you can still have them submit a return request, Issue the rma and print out a label from whatever labeling you use and mail it to them. I think the eBay label is the easiest, least expensive and if they don't use it for some reason you are refunded the money on the label.
