why is it that a lot of buyers don't leave feedback. I get my items ship same day when someone buys from me.and i make should its packed super good and i put labels on the package to let the post office know its glass and to handle with care. If anybody out there can tell me what i may be doing wrong. Thank you and everybody have a great day.

Since leaving FB is voluntary/optional, not mandatory/required, it isn't surprising that many buyers and/or sellers don't bother.

We have now drifted into the auto feedback for sellers if there's no issue, so your FB score should increase significantly.

Feedback is not required. eBay does not require anyone to leave FB.

 

Many people, buyers and sellers, feel FB is antiquated.

 

eBay has started giving everyone a star, positive FB, if they ship on time and the buyer doesnt leave FB.

 

You are doing nothing wrong OR you would get FB. Negative but you would get it.

Feedback is optional and voluntary no one is required to leave it.

But if it makes you feel better as of September 3rd eBay has implemented automatic feedback to sellers.

When the item has been delivered and 7 days have past with no problems, eBay will give you automatic feedback for the transaction. If the buyer decides to leave feedback then the buyers feedback will replace automatic feedback.

i pray by the end of the year i can sell all my Halloween item and get my living room back in order. Thank you for all your help it has put my heart at ease.

Are you selling to earn money… or are you selling to earn feedback?

 

Personally, I prefer the money and could not care less about feedback.

Good luck selling your items, cujobear8!

I always enclose a packing slip with a message:

 

'Thanks for your order!
Feedback is appreciated!
Susan at Sew-Biz Fabrics'

 

When you create the packing slip add note

to buyer by clicking 'customize'.

This has increased my own feedback rate.
