A negative feedback was left on me: the buyer bought 1 unit as listed, discounted from $19.99 t9 $9.99, received ok, no complaint, but wanted me to send him 4 more no charge, saying he was mislead as a reason, what is clearly false. Otherwise he was putting a negative feedback on me. I refused and offered him to reimburse. No return from him and he did the negative feedback. ebay lowered my rating from 100% to 94.7%. They refuse to remove it even it is clear that the buyer is wrong, saying anybody have the right to give negative feedback, under whatever circonstances for any reason, and the seller can do nothing to reply to it. Any thieve or crook can destroy an honest seller who does not accept to let him steel his stock. It happened end of december and since then I get no more sale. I have 145 sales and no negative feedback.

On the pictures you see the handles both sides, completely. It is the only thing that is sold.

Désolé, mais vous vous trompez. Le commentaire ne sera pas supprimé car l'acheteur avait une réclamation valable. Vous devez commencer à comprendre cela.

Votre annonce était ambiguë. Les vendeurs eBay ont la responsabilité de s'assurer que leurs annonces sont claires et sans ambiguïté. Dans cette situation, l’acheteur peut choisir de croire ce qu’il veut.

Once you have done that correctly, it is in the hands of ebay.

If you had your listings set up right, they wouldn't have to be asking you how many you have.

If you keep listing like you are, expect more negative feedback.

Yes, because your listings aren't clear.

If you're selling one at a time (even in a MQ listing) ONLY show the one.

The ONLY time you show more than one item is in the Gallery image if you are using a multi variation listing. (and even then buyers can get confused).

I thank you for your advice, but i retained many good advices I read. 

But many things don't apply here.

This is about a buyer who menaced me of bad feedback if I did not sent more handles for free.

Her reason: nowhere it was said that it was for 1, but it is actually written at 2 places.

I came to this forum to advise the sellers to be carefull about this. I read many complaints in the past on this forum of big sellers saying that we have to absorb 5 % of losses because ebay over protects buyers , not much the sellers.

I take your advice like the other ones, that I appreciate.

An honest buyer wil operate with that. 

I sold many things in the past that way and never had any problem with that.

I just sold 4 more last week at $13.99 each without problem.

ebay ont posté mon annonce sans problème. 

C'est une teammate de ebay qui m'avait enseigné de procéder ainsi il y a quelques années, et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes avant celle-ci
