feedback forum doesn't let me respond to my own feedback left for buyers,
I left generic feedback that was a positive for a customer... "perfect customer -enjoy the XXXX" but she left a negative... so I went back to try and add a reply and it wouldn't take it... nothing nasty, just the note that customer left a neg for my item... I added my defense to the neg she left me, but I can't put anything under hers...
I wonder if it is becasue I have blocked her? I do have the setting that says I can not correspond with blocked buyers...
anyone else know if it is becasue of this, or is ebay not letting me tell the world she leaves negatives after receiving a positive?
I did also ask her to revise to a neutral, and nope, she won't

You do know that perspective buyers read what is written on that page and that could determine if they are going to buy from you or not. I know you are angry, but you don't want to lose sales over one issue, right?

Actually, with all due respect, the world doesn't need to know she leaves negs after she gets a positive. Any buyer may do that when the item is not as described or they are otherwise unhappy with the transaction. Some may forego negs, depending on how they are treated.
It's not a trade, you give me a positive, I give you one. Sorry.

ummm. it said "CLEAN" BUT THERE WAS A STAIN (DIRTY) ON THE KNEE?..SO WAS THAT TRUE?
if so..then the buyer was correct, true?... if not ...anything you say only looks like you're covering the fact that they WERE NOT "clean"
you should leave it alone..you do have 3 negs...so it only make a buyer read and look at the others...and wonder....wonder what it rally means....best is to not leave a responce...and if you must..something simple and sweet.... not comments where they will be wearing the item....
and its better to look at why you recived 3 neg and a neutral... maybe there is a reason...if not..then who cares and move on....feedback is silly and just opinions...and if there was a stain..then opinion aside..fact is fact.

yep i see a stain or spots...so they maybe clean, but you gotta mention the "defect" the stains....otherwise you are going to receive grief.

Not to mention that the buyer claimed the item was stained and the seller did not refute the claim. So here we have a buyer who bought a SNAD item and was pretty much negged for the privilege, just like the old days.
Please give us some way to report offensive feedback without having to call Ebay.
We're not allowed to call out users for violating policy on the Discussion Boards. The appropriate procedure is to call CS.

Thank you Ted for calling out my violation by making the same violation.

Just be sure that they are only going to be worn in the BARN 🙂
Not meant for Halloween costumes, photo shoots, riding competitions, or other events where you prefer a stain-free garment.
Seller should consider that not everyone will purchase an item with the same intended use as the original owner.

Hi @the*dog*ate*my*tablecloth, our Customer Service teams would need to review a situation like this either over the phone or through our Social Media channels.
@everything4equines, when responding to buyer feedback it is important to remember that the response is visible to all your future buyers and if addressed professionally, can serve to grow your business and display how well you handle concerns. Leaving a negative comment for your buyer either in the initial feedback or a followup to the feedback you have received not only can damage your business, but also violates eBay policy. If you ever have any questions on how best to respond to a buyer's concern, you are welcome to contact Customer Service.
Just wanted to say that it has been my experience that customer service will take care of it if you report it to them. I recently received some false positives from a seller and discovered that I wasn’t the one buyer she left bad feedback for. I reported it to eBay through a Facebook message and all of the false positives the seller has left, have been removed. Thanks eBay 🙂

I appreciate all of your replies. I understand my **bleep** off reply didn't sit well. I get it. I won't do it again... also to clarify, if I could post a picture here, you would see absolutley NO stains on it. so no, the garment was NOT dirty. and YES customer did want it for riding, and barn wear... we discussed it in prior questions.
I will move on with the rest of my selling, and let's just let this topic go away. thanks again.
