i receive a lot of false defective return cases for forced free returns at sellers expense. is it just me, or does everyone think ebay is unfair???

how many is alot and what do they claim is "defective", if they give a reason?

Buyers know if seller doesn't accept returns, they have to file an INAD (even false ones) to get their money back.

they never say any more than its defective, they know how to game the system. its never defective in my transaction, im very through in my items

Nah, eBay is quite fair. If you're a buyer. They win pretty much every time. Sellers however take it in the....

Even with your no returns policy, if a buyer opens a INAD case you will have to accept the return and refund, or eBay will force you to.

If seller accepted returns, buyer wouldn't have to file false returns and buyer could pay return shipping.

Unless the buyer doesn't want to pay return shipping - then they file a SNAD.
