I'm not aware of how a buyer can create a "fake" account?  Would you mind explaining more.

Or are you talking about non paying buyers?  This happens on auctions the most.  If you are getting too many of these, you might consider setting up the listings as Fixed Price and require immediate payment.  That will completely resolve the payment issue.

One does not know if account or bid is "fake". You list, they buy, they pay, then you ship.

If they bid on your item, it's a REAL account and a REAL bid.
