I hope someone can help with this: A buyer purchased a shirt, then later that day wanted to buy another item and he got an error message: seller only allows one item purchase every ten days.
What is this restriction? I didn't set it up. How do I remove it?
Thanks for any help.

There is a setting in "buyer requirements' that sets that restriction.
Check your settings.
Others have posted that it is an eBay error (glitch).
Putting that buyer ID on your "exemption list" is a work around if you don't have 10-day buyer restrictions in place.

You can opt out of that buyer requirement here:
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
And/or put your buyer on your exemption list here:

Thanks for the quick responses. I checked the settings; the "Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought of my items in the last 10 days." was not checked/active so not sure why it seems to be in effect. So I checked/activated it and set it to "...have bought 25 of my items in the last 10 days" to see it that works.

WOW, I never heard of that one, Thanks for that info.

Entering the buyer on the buyer on your exemption list worked.
Thanks all!

How do you bypass this restriction

This thread is a year old
You can’t by pass a sellers buyer restrictions unless you ask them to put you on their exemption list. They may or may not honor your request.
