Or Selling activity if the issue is relist notifications for the OP's own auctions.

Too bad we can't also turn off the constant spam from ebay re credit cards, loans etc etc ad nauseum.

I called them with the same issue. I don't get as many, but it's still WAY TOO MUCH. Like, they cut off 1/2 of them and my phone still goes off 3 times for each sale. Buyer Purchased, Buyer Paid, email. Every time. Thanks for the alert, 3 times in a row.

You can turn that off. I never get anything even remotely like that from eBay.
- Go to the same "Communication Preferences" described above and expand "Marketing Communications."
- Check or uncheck any items according to your preferences.

If you use the relist button at the top left of the unsold page list instead of the relist option next to the item you will not get an e-mail. It also allows you to relist many items at once with the opportunity to edit any one item. I would not want to shut off all emails from Ebay. You should have a dedicated email account for Ebay and those notifications, especially the item sold, paid, and shipping labels, are worth keeping around. It is rather easy to simply delete, without bothering to read them, the trash and spam emails from eBay, both from the email account as well as from the Ebay notification page.
BTW, the message that really ticks me off a bit is the message that I have sent a counter offer immediately after I have sent that counter offer. I mean yea you jerks, I know I sent that counter offer because I sent it two seconds ago.
