Someone please tell me how to shut off emails coming from ebay. Every time they relist an item or anything i get inundated with emails. Please help. How do I shut them off????

Can't clear my notifications

Whenever I try to clear my notifications, they pop right back into the screen and won't go away. Even tried reinstalling the app. Any ideas?
