If you ship out to people and they are happy, eBay will steal your money if they wont it! They lost money on banks so they will come for yours like they stole mine.

To understand what has happened you need to go back to the first account and if possible read any emails concerning why it was restricted. It sounds like you may have left on bad terms. Were there outstanding selling fees or issues with returns? Any debts follow you, they are not account specific.

So, because YOU accepted the Ebay Seller Agreement and don't want to abide by it, YOU feel EBAY is stealing money from YOU?
If you want to sell on Ebay's platform, you need to provide them what you agreed to provide them in the first place. AND if you had an account that you owe money on, that's Ebay's money, anyway. So you are the one trying to steal from Ebay

"...they are stealing the money because of an old account. They need money and they are coming after the little guy first like the IRS" Sounds like you are in the wrong here.
I look at it this way. Years ago I had a cleaning business. I had subcontractors. If a subcontractor stole from a job site, I would have to fire them and hold money owed to cover any monetary loss. Same here. If you are trying to steal money owed to Ebay, they have every right to hold money owed to them. That's business
