Did you receive through eBay messaging (when logged into eBay) or outside of eBay?

if you google the email address, it does show up in earlier forum discussions (and some other posts on the web)...it seems to have been used by an eBay partner previously.  i just skimmed a couple of pages of google results, but didn't see anything that reported it as a scam or phishing address, but various including forum threads that reference it as coming from eBay. but it is also pretty easy now to mirror email addresses and phone numbers

When in doubt, check your eBay messages.  If it is genuine, they will have sent you an email there.
