ebay keeps adding best offers to my listings

I took them off twice now, and declined them when I am asking the listing BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT THEM. Why are they added back a third time? I keep getting stupid offers that aren't even enough to ship it, let alone cover FVF. I tried calling and ebay disconnected 2x and then didn't recognize it when I pushed one.

I'm ready to just cancel my listings and stop using here except the random big ticket item if this keeps happening. How do I fix this.

Try using the Advanced Listing form.

I can't seem to change to the advance listing form.  How do you do it?   Also must I be on my laptop or ipad  to switch?   Thanks.

Probably- the mobile app is very limited both for buying and for selling.

If you don't own a computer, you should be able to use one at the Public Library.

I don't think you can do it on your phone.

You could try your laptop.
