ebay customer service

This was the first time i ever called ebay customer service NOT with a complant or complex problem, but for information/tutorial on how to change the handling time on all my listings at the the same time.  

They were fantastic!

They should let the call center folks handle these types of calls and the US based folks handle problems/complaints or more complex issues.

Yes, the bulk editing option is fantastic for changing a variety of options!

I'm so glad ebay added the option to add the volume discounts, as previously, I had to do it one at a time.
