Ebay took over $100 out of my checking account without my permission and without my knowledge. This is stealing. I have sent over 20 email to Ebay asking why they stole money from me without any response. HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHY EBAY IS STEALING MONEY FROM ME?? If they can take $100 how can I be sure that they won't take $10,000 next time?

When they have to pull funds from your checking account, they'll send you an email a few days before they do it, so you know about it.
Agree on the permission part but I have never received a notice from eBay when they have pulled money from my bank account.
It has always been a situation where I have issued a partial refund on a Tuesday AFTER my payout has been done and I have no pending funds available to cover the refund.

OP has not visited the eBay community forums since he posted this, so he will not see your post. You can click on his User-ID to see that for yourself. You can send him a private message, if you want to contact him.

I would like to communicate on this site, but it just doesn't seem to work.

Not sure what you mean by "it just doesn't seem to work".
Evidently, by posting a message here, you are communicating just fine on this site.
BTW, since many here seem interested in the issue you had back in December, 2022, how about returning and telling us about the outcome of your complaint?

Your statement is confusing I cannot tell whether you are the seller or the buyer. Maybe it is both. You are in Denmark so I cannot see anything you may have sold on this account and you provided no specifics similar to the OP so it is difficult to look at anything and see what may have happened.
Good luck

It seems to have worked for the post you just made today.

Maybe it does work. My complaints were never resolved. I tried to post another note that apparently vanished. Here it is again. Another complaint about Ebay. A few months ago I sold a very nice item, an original WWI US gas mask in the original very nice canvas pouch with all original paper work, to a collector in England. It had to go thru the Ebay re-shipping point in Kentucky. After I'd mailed it I sent the buyer a note telling him that it was on the way. He responded, roughly, "Thank you. I hope Ebay doesn't take it like they did the last one I bought." I responded, roughtly "WHY DIDN"T YOU TELL ME THAT BEFORE I SENT IT?" A day or two I was notified by Ebay that the item had been "confiscated." There is NO restriction on sending such an item. Ebay never responded to my several Email asking for an explanation. As I said before EBAY IS CORRUPT. They will steal money from your account and/or items that you sold as they please. They are not to be trusted. My guess is that Ebay deletes any of these notes that they do not like. I anticipate that this one will vanish, too.

Maybe stop buying and selling on ebay.

No, I don't know about British laws. If I violated one it seems like Ebay could tell me that rather than just quietly steal my item and not explain themselves.
