I have an ebay store and have not received ebay bucks for the last three months.  My daughter, who also has a store, has received them every month.  I ALWAYS used them, and she never used them..what's the deal here...does anyone know??

Ebay quit the Ebay Bucks Program for every purchase, now it's only for special offers.......like 5% Ebay Bucks for the next 3 days, in limited categories

When eBay discontinued the eBay bucks program, they sent out two different notices to buyers.  One message said that the bucks would be available on occasion for special promotions.  The other message said nothing of the sort, and invited those members to sign up for some sort of credit card. 

An ebay "blue" (staff member who posts to the boards on occasion) at the time confirmed the two different versions of the  notices sent out were done so intentionally.

Thank you.  I am aware of what you said, but I can't understand why my daughter gets the offer for 5% ebay bucks every month, and I don't.  Have you been getting the offers? Thanks.

Yes, I have been getting the 5% ebay bucks offer about once a month, for just about three days. It's my belief, they are watching your buying habits......if you buy a lot, they don't offer you the ebay bucks offer......and if you are buying very little, they give you 5% offer to entice you to buy.

But with ebay today.....who knows

It's none of my business, but why wouldn't your daughter use her ebay bucks ? ......mine for this quarter is at about $38.00 so far......To me, it helps offset the extra fees, and taxes i pay......but here again, how many people you know get gift debit cards for Christmas, or Birthday.....and never use them.......a lot

When we had purchased nothing with posting ID, we received offers daily - $5 off to use the mobile app, etc.

Now that we have purchased items, we get zero offers.

Might be why Buyers keep setting up new accounts.  The $5 off any order of $5 or more was pretty nice.  No offers like that on our established IDs.

I have 3 selling accounts.      I received a 5% ebay bux deal this week on any purchase.     This came on 1 account and not the other 2.       My main buying account did NOT get the offer,    The offer came to the account that I hardly ever buy anything with.

Earned almost $30.00      Ebay buck are a good deal for buyers.      They can also be a good deal for a seller who buys on ebay.

We don't earn them,    we don't deserve them,   Ebay does not owe them to us.    

They are a freebie.     A Gift.     A benefit.     Like the free shipping supplies.

Under Ebay's Sellers Union......All Sellers Would receive at least 1% ebay bucks on every purchase....and 5% ebay bucks three times a month (for three days at a time)

But only if you belong to ebay's sellers union

I don't get the offers to my email........but I do see offers when I'm searching, as someone said 5% off for 3 days or some such.......  So if you aren't looking at ebay general pages, you may miss them.
