easiest way to scamming people and get easy money

hello everyone
i have bought a GPU RX580 165USD from an ebay seller 5 weeks ago and the seller refused to give me the tracking number(hat he had ) any way i waited 5 weeks and then i didn't receive it, so i have opened a refund request , then he seller sent the tracking number on the request chat so i checked online and it is mentioned that it was delivered the day after i've visited the post office to complain about this , but they told me that the parcel was shipped to the right destination as mentioned on the shipping label to a Pharmacy! with all the full address and phone number ect...(obviously he get it from google map he chose any random address in my city to prove that the item was shipped !) ...so asked the man in the post office to give the name of the pharmacy so he did ,i thought it was just a mistake and he sent the GPU to wrong address, but he didn't he just sent a basic 2.5USD used mouse and that was intentionally, because when i told him what happened, he didn't answer and he uploaded the tracking number to paypal too  . and today eBay closed my request because i opened a case in paypal, so he contacted ebay to close the request and they did immediately and he asked a return on paypal yes a return from Morocco to Serbia ( i bought from US and the mouse shipped from US)....plus that will cost me 70 USD for the return  i have all the proofs of unboxing pictures and videos and i don't know what to do . and i am not a rich or somthing i am just a jobless man wanted to learn some 3D and video editing to find a job...
so if any body want some easy money you just need to ship something cheap to the buyer but you need to change the address to anything else like a pharmacy . and i don't think i will use ebay any more

You should not have opened a case with PayPal while your eBay case was opened. You can only open one case with eBay and when you open another case with PayPal your eBay case will automatically close.

Well you cant open a case at Ebay and PP too, thats why Ebay closed the case. So you didnt get what your ordered, but got a cheap mouse instead? Why would you have to return it to Serbia, if it came from the U.S.? Is the sellers return address in the U..S.? What kind of case did you open at PP? It must be an item not as described case, not item not received. PP does pay up to $30 for return shipping now, with some restrictions, but since you live in Morocco you will have to check on that..if you paid with a cc, you can always try a chargeback if PP cant help you.

thanks for your reply , i want to add one more thing is that he did it before and also they deleted my bad review , is that some kind of artificial intelligence  that resolving the problems ? because any one will notice that this is scam and he did it before he sent a Cd instead of a ps4 controller and he will do it again and again . the problem about my ebay request is that it was NOT received as a statue and couldn't change it to NOT as described because he have that tracking number mentioning that it was delivered to my city so automatically they will consider it as i have receive it on my Address

Okay, you opened the wrong request and eBay closed it. That means any feedback you left for the seller would be removed.

When tracking shows the item was delivered eBay will always find in favor of the seller. I'm sorry this happened.

thank you , yes i changed it from NOT RECEIVED to ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED unlike ebay i couldn't change it.... and yes i use my Mastercard linked to paypal

Ebay removed your feedback because you lost the case, and the seller was able to close it when he proved delivery.

Thats good you used a cc, if PP cant help, do a chargeback with your M/C.

he just gave me the tracking number after i opened the Not received Request on eBay and couldn't change it . and that why i opened a paypal case and by mistake first time i chose not received but then the allow me to change it

Okay, I understand. Keep the PayPal case active. If that fails you can call your card company and start a chargeback.

One of the conditions is that the user has to be enrolled before filing a claim- it's too late for the OP but maybe the link will help someone else.

Yes, I know it's too late for the OP, but I gave that link so they and others would know that for future use.

Is there any way to stop this seller and reporting him as a scammer. i had alleready called PP and the will review this case . because he has other bad feedbacks like 500 usd GPU... he can make like 1000 USD a month like that . he is a thief he could go to jail for less ..

OK this will be unusual because you already have a case open at PayPal @Anonymous but go back to your Purchase History at eBay and look for the Item Not Received case you lost at the bottom of the page, or in one of the tabs across the top.

Click More actions or I would like to. Do you see Return this item on the list? If so, then eBay is still allowing you to start a return request for Not As Described where your seller is responsible to pay return shipping and then a full refund, or a full refund without a return, despite the open PayPal case.

what if the seller ask paypal or ebay to close my case then what will happen? shouldn't  just stick with paypal ?
